Four decades ago, I was motivated by a profound desire to make a meaningful impact in the world. This aspiration led me to a role as a financial analyst at the Casden Company, one of the largest multifamily affordable housing developers in Los Angeles. It was during this time that I realized the powerful connection between affordable housing, community enhancement, and strong financial performance. I discovered that investing in affordable housing not only supports societal well-being but also drives profitability.
